• Premium subscription services

Careerzentro may modify, enhance, discontinue, or replace Platform features at any time without prior notice.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, including:

• Resumes
• Profiles
• Job postings
• Assessment responses
• Interview responses
• Company information
• Uploaded documents

By submitting content to Careerzentro, you grant Careerzentro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, store, process, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights to the content they upload.

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Maintain accurate resumes and profiles
• Submit genuine applications
• Participate honestly in assessments and interviews
• Refrain from impersonating another individual
• Comply with applicable employment laws

Careerzentro does not guarantee employment opportunities, interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Employers agree to:

• Post legitimate employment opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Comply with employment laws and regulations
• Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
• Refrain from discriminatory hiring practices
• Respect applicable privacy and data protection laws

Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions.

Access to candidate search functionality may be limited to premium employer subscriptions.

Employers may access candidate information only for legitimate recruiting purposes.

Employers may not:

• Sell candidate information
• Transfer candidate information to third parties
• Use candidate data for marketing purposes
• Harvest data through automated means
• Create independent databases from Careerzentro content

Careerzentro reserves the right to audit and restrict access where misuse is suspected.

Careerzentro may provide access to:

• Skills assessments
• Cognitive assessments
• Personality assessments
• Background screening services
• Employment verification services

Such services may be performed by third-party providers.

Careerzentro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of assessment or screening results.

Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions.

Certain features require paid subscriptions.

Users agree to:

• Pay applicable fees
• Maintain valid payment methods
• Comply with subscription terms

All subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Partial subscription periods are not refunded
• Unused services are not refundable

Careerzentro reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Users shall not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Upload false or misleading information
• Infringe intellectual property rights

All Platform content excluding user-submitted content, including:

are owned by Careerzentro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Careerzentro Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

Careerzentro is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careerzentro disclaims all warranties, including:

Careerzentro does not warrant that:

• Jobs will be obtained
• Candidates will be hired
• Employers will receive qualified applicants
• The Platform will operate without interruption

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careerzentro shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages

Careerzentro's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Careerzentro during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Careerzentro, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• User content
• Violation of laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

Careerzentro may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Security concerns
• Misuse of services
• Legal compliance requirements

Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Careerzentro is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Careerzentro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
